The key to success in any organization is good planning and the execution of that plan. Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that is used to:

In the last several years, mergers have become an important part of the credit union landscape. I have worked with credit unions acquiring and being acquired and understand what is important in these transactions, both from a business and regulatory perspective. I have completed due diligence procedures and developed the package for regulatory approval. I have worked with like size credit unions combining, larger acquiring smaller, and even smaller acquiring larger. I can help.
If you need assistance in developing your budget or other financial plan, I can help. I have been working on financial projections and plans for several years, dating back to when I used a calculator and pencil. I can also help in ongoing monitoring of actual performance compared to expectations.
